SMG's Chris Jones has written the attached opinion piece which appeared in Friday January 20th's online version of the Toronto Star newspaper and Saturday January 21st's print version of the Toronto Star newspaper (page IN6). It looks at the current debate on the Canada Health Transfer and points to how the preventative benefits of sport and physical activity might help the longer term financial viability of the health care system.
