Many of your colleagues offer up money – an essential ingredient of success. The past ten years have shown that it takes a stable pool of about $500,000 a year to achieve the kind of success we’ve had to date. Presently, organizations make up around $150,000 of this total and try to contribute between 0.5% to 1% of their total budget.
