Next SMG Meeting - Tues. April 3, 2012

We are pleased to confirm that the next SMG meeting will take place on Tuesday April 3rd, 2012 in Ottawa. Meeting Details:

Date: Tuesday April 3, 2012, 1:30pm-4:30pm

Location: University of Ottawa Tabaret Hall, in the Senate Room (Room number 083). Please use the main entrance at 75 Laurier St., walk through the info service area and take the elevator (on the right) down to level 0. From there, there are signs that point to room 083.

Parking: Please click here for a PDF map with all the parking spaces on campus, and a link to the rates. The three closest parking lots are Tabaret (parking lot A), the underground parking at Desmarais (across the street from Tabaret) and the underground parking at Perez.

Teleconferencing: We are looking into the possibility of providing access to the meeting by teleconference. SMG members outside Ottawa are invited to contact us to indicate their interest in participating in the meeting by phone.
